I think that is a pretty decent trade. Although Houston is getting the short end of the stick, it is still pretty fair. I can see that trade happening in the NBA but i don't think it will.

jazz lose big time. deron williams is a rapidly improving guard that the jazz need.

Take Deron Williams out of your thoughts about trading him. He is already one of the PG out there. In a few more years he will probably be the best behind Paul.
The only one that I think on the rockets that are good in return for williams is yao or mcgrady. The rest of the rockets are worthless.
