as many great player that are involved in that trade in might not make any of those teams better. PHX is no good without nash, lakers guards are horrible, SA has no bigs, and neither does dallas

This trade is OK but no way would San Antonio trade away players like Duncan and Parker who are core players in their tight group of players. Josh Howard would not fit in well with Phoenix's run and gun offense, although Parker might.

With an emphasis on the sucess teamwork and humble players in sports (see the Spurs and the Patriots), no smart franchise would even think of chasing Kobe and his attitude problem.
